EBB AND FLOW

The ideal solution for efficient greenhouses
Are you looking for an irrigation system that guarantees maximum water savings and optimal growth of your greenhouse crops?
The ebb and flow system on pallets is the answer for you!
Why choose this system?
-
Unparalleled efficiency : delivers water and nutrients to plants in a precise and controlled way, minimizing waste and optimizing the use of resources.
-
Watering Uniformity : Ensures all plants receive the same amount of water, promoting healthy, even growth.
-
Time saving : by automating the irrigation process, it frees operators from repetitive tasks, allowing them to dedicate themselves to other important tasks.
-
Growth optimization : thanks to the precise management of irrigation, it stimulates vigorous and healthy growth of crops, increasing the yield and quality of the products.

Key Benefits
01
The widest possible range of flow rates: from 6.0 m3/h (100 l/min) to 60.0 m3/h (1000 l/min)
02
Mixing capacity from 0.03% to 5.0%
03
Possibility of mixing up to 5 basic components (Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium, Microelements, Supplements) with a dedicated mixer. The mixing percentage is independent for each individual element and can be sectioned or excluded to create the best possible recipe based on cultivation needs
FERTIGATION
Manually controlled fertigation and irrigation water correction station using DOSATRON proportional mixer technology.
Made according to customer requirements and complete with all hydraulic components necessary for correct operation.
There is no standard range, each station is made according to the specific indications and needs of the customer.
The MORPHEUS is delivered assembled on a frame made of aluminum; just attach the input and output of the system.
On request it can be equipped with a booster pump and filter.
Main components
Pallets for greenhouses
Made of an aluminum frame and a crop support shelf in highly chemically resistant polystyrene, the benches are designed to be compatible with the flow/reflow system, consequently filling and emptying can be created based on the crops. The bottom (shelf) is usually made of plastic material (polystyrene) particularly suitable for continuous irrigation cycles.
Storage tank
It contains the water needed for irrigation cycles and takes the return water that is not used by the plants, after any restoration of the initial level through a special solenoid valve and level control system, everything is ready for a new irrigation cycle.
Pipes and valves
They allow the circulation of the flow and reflux of water both in supply and return.
Programmer
It manages irrigation cycles, automatically regulating the flow and reflux times.
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
01
The widest possible range of flow rates: from 6.0 m3/h (100 l/min) to 60.0 m3/h (1000 l/min)
Ease of installation, as it requires only one pipe.
System suitable for small greenhouses or less complex systems.
Slower drainage than twin-pipe systems, as the drainage occurs by gravity.
Bi-Pipe System
System equipped with two independent pipes: one for loading water onto the pallets and one for returning water to the storage tank.
On the water station there are special piston valves with a calibrated spring. During the irrigation cycle, these valves divert the flow towards the beds to supply water. Once the solenoid valve of the single sector closes, the piston valve allows the water to return to the tank by gravity, using the same loading pipe.
The pallets are equipped with a quick-discharge valve, based on the Venturi system principle, which allows a rapid flow of water once the loading cycle is completed. This valve, thanks to the pressure difference, causes the water to be quickly sucked up and returned to the storage tank.
Quick drain and increased efficiency, reducing water recirculation times.
Less water stagnation in the beds, improving the conditions for the plant roots.
Greater flexibility to manage larger greenhouses or those with more complex irrigation cycles.
A more complex and expensive system to install, as it requires two pipes and a more sophisticated valve system.
